Highlight: 3D scanning and measurement

The LMI Gocator is a self-contained 3D profile sensor, which uses an integral laser line projector to build a series of 3D profiles of an object moving underneath it. A comprehensive set of built in 3D measurement tools allow a wide range of measurements to be made without the need for an external computer.

Z-Laser - wide range of high-performance laser

The ZQ1 is the latest addition to the ZQ family of structured laser light sources from Z-Laser GmbH. Combining high performance with outstanding beam properties, the ZQ1 has been developed for the most demanding applications in machine vision, 3D-measurement, metrology, road and rail inspection as well as metal inspection.

German manufacturer Z-Laser offers a wide range of high-performance, industry-proven laser modules and systems that are used in the textile and leather industries, for woodworking, stone working, metal working, mould making, aircraft building, the automotive industry and medical applications.

Automation Technology C5 - combination of camera and laser

The Automation Technology C5 compact 3D sensor head is based on their latest camera technology, combined with an appropriate lens and laser integrated into an industrial grade housing. Special highlights are the integrated high-precision image processing algorithms for measurements with subpixel accuracy and a high resolution, that enables highly precise results.

Automation Technology provides a wide selection of models to accommodate different fields of view, speeds, resolutions and laser classes ensuring nearly any application can be addressed. All sensors are based on three different mechanical housings.
